            A step-by-step guide for advertisers to configure Singular for Connected TV campaign attribution with Bidease.

            Impression link only
            CTV ads are not clickable, so the click-through link does not support CTV attribution. Only the impression link works.

            CTV attribution is probabilistic (IP-based); Singular uses it only when there is no device ID on the link.

            STEP-BY-STEP SETUP
            5 Steps to Go Live

            Open the Bidease partner

            Sign in to Singular and go to Attribution → Partner Configuration. Search for Bidease and select your app.

            Check the postback settings

            CTV installs are attributed from impressions, so view-through postbacks must be on:

            ■
            Check Send View-Through Postbacks
            ■
            Check Send all install events to Bidease (regardless of attribution partner)
            ■
            In Install & Re-engagement Postbacks, make sure installs (and re-engagements, if you run them) are sent
            ■
            In Event Postbacks, map the in-app events you want to share with Bidease. For revenue events, select Include Revenue Value. Make sure Send All is turned on for each in-app event

            Click Save.

            Create the tracking link

            Go to Attribution → Create Link:

            Both platforms in one link: configure Link Settings and Redirects for both iOS and Android. The install happens on the viewer's phone, which can be iOS or Android, so one CTV link has to cover both platforms.

            Configure the attribution settings

            Open Attribution Settings for the link:

            Turn on Enable connected TV measurement
            ■
            Set the View-through probabilistic install window to 24 hours
            ■
            Turn on Prioritize CTV impressions and set its window to 6 hours
            ■
            Leave the other settings as default
            ■
            Generate the link

            Share the impression link

            Copy the view-through (impression) link and share it with your Bidease account manager.
