Advertiser section

In the Advertiser section, you can manage and view the statistics of your products on several levels:

– Advertiser

– – Product

– – – Campaigns

– – – – Campaign


Add advertiser

To add a new advertiser click “Add advertiser”. There are too options in this tool:

  • Name - type a name of your advertiser
  • Custom Tags - every organization has the tag in our system. And there is an option to add custom tags both to products and advertisersThis parameter you should ask our specialist

Product list


Click on the arrow icon to expand the list of products under each advertiser.



Advertiser list filters


Use advanced filters to include/exclude archived products or products that are added to your favorite.

  • Include archived — shows products that have not been active for more than 30 days.

  • Favorites — shows products that you marked as favorite.

If you want to mark the advertiser as a favorite - just click on the star button next to the advertiser ID.


Search Tab


To navigate the products and campaigns efficiently you can use a search tab on top of the page as well as other tools like range selection and data filtering.

Click on the date range selection button to select the dates you want to see the statistics for.

Click on the button with sliders to open the menu for filtering products/campaigns by value parameters. 




Filling in data filters


To enable the filter, you must:

  • Select the parameter type: Containing or Not containing (the Not slider);

  • Select a parameter from the drop-down list (for example, filter by Country);

  • Select the compare operator (equal / not equal / greater/ less, etc.);

  • Enter the parameter value.

Click the apply button and you will only see the products/campaigns that contain data in their statistics that fit the specified filter.

Click on the button with sliders on the top right corner of the table to configure the statistic parameters that should be displayed in the table.

In the window that opens, select the necessary parameters, marking them with a tick, and also specify the necessary values for calculating parameters such as Retention and ROAS.

When the configuration is completed, click the apply button at the bottom of the window.

Note: in the iOS campaigns you can also view SKAN installs statistics. These installs are counted separately and you need to enable this option if necessary.

Data Refresh controls


To refresh the data in the table, press the refresh button or select the frequency of automatic refresh.


Report creation button


Click on the report creation button to download statistics data as a file.


Report configuration


Set the report parameters, such as the name, report days period, and days range, and then click the “Save report” button.(extra emails optional)

The final report will be sent to your mail, and will also appear in the reports section.


Additional menu button


Press the button with three dots to open an additional menu.

The menu on the advertiser line includes:

  • Add campaign (requires additional permission) - Allows you to create a new product/campaign for the selected advertiser;

  • Details - Click to add access to the advertiser statistics. Click for more information.

  • Stats - Click to go to campaign-level statistics for all products inside the advertiser

The menu on the product line includes:

  • Stats - Click to go to statistics at the campaign level for a specific product

  • Archive - Click to archive the product. Such products will be displayed only if the “Include archived” check box is enabled


Campaign list


Click on the name of the advertiser or on the name of a specific product to go to the list of campaigns.

Most of the tools for filtering and searching for campaigns are the same as the tools at the advertiser level, but only the statistics related to the selected campaigns will be shown.

Use advanced filters to show or hide campaigns that are inactive or archived.


Filter by campaign owner


There is an option to select campaigns by owner. By clicking on "manager" button you will have access to a filter for searching for campaigns of a certain owner.


Graphic Mode button


Click the graph button to display the selected statistics as a line graph.

Select the type, and then the necessary parameters from the drop-down list.


Refining the displayed period


Hold the left mouse button and select the area of the graph that you want to see the details for and select one of the options in the menu:

  • Update in current tab - Only the specified range will be displayed in the graph. The range of dates for filtering statistics data will be changed automatically.

  • Open in new tab - The specified area will be displayed in a new browser tab.

  • Cancel - Canceling the selection


Auction rejects graph


Go to the “Auction rejects”  tab to see a graph with information from the auction about the reasons for refusing to display ads.
By default, you will see all the rejects, but you can also select only the ones you need. To do that check mark the level(s) on the left side of the graph.

Press the button with three dots to open an additional menu.

The menu includes:

  • Edit - Click to go to the campaign settings;

  • Copy - Click to create a copy of the selected campaign;

  • Start/Stop - Click to activate or deactivate the campaign.

Select one or more campaigns in the list to open an additional menu at the bottom of the screen.
Available actions:

  • Start/Stop - Click to activate or deactivate the campaign;

  • Stats - Click to open detailed statistics at the campaign level;

  • Learn model - Click to configure the training of the predictor model;

  • Stat significance - Click for a comparative analysis of statistical significance.

If your campaign has collected a certain amount of statistically significant data, then it is possible to start training a predictor model.
The system will analyze the data received by the campaign and prepare a predictor model that will automatically predict the behavior of users and change the bid for those who are more likely to drive a conversion.

Please note that in order to create the correct model, you must follow the rules for combining data:

  • You can't mix campaign data with different creative formats and sources;

  • It is impossible to create models with the data which have significant distortions in the values of certain parameters. These campaigns should be distributed evenly.

In the window that opens, you need to:

  • Give the model a name;

  • Specify the date range that you need to take data for analysis;

  • Specify the target action (leave the field empty if the campaign is trained on installs and mark “Include installs”) and set target on LAT (without identifier) or IFA (with identifier);

  • Press the Create button.

The status and other information will be displayed on the Models tab of the main menu.

To check the statistical significance of the data of two campaigns, select the two campaigns in the list and click the “Stat significance” button.

Select the parameters to analyze and click the Check button.

A page with an analysis of the statistical significance of the selected parameters will open in a new browser tab.

To go to detailed campaign statistics, click on the campaign name, or select several campaigns and click the Stats button in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
